Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We will not share your private information with anyone.
Shipping Policy
We ship UPS, Fed Ex and US Mail. In some cases the item you are ordering is not in stock and may take longer to receive from the manufacturer. Lawmen Supply will inform you in such cases and will give you options and time estimated for your order. Please call or e-mail to check for availability for express shipping.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products that Lawmen Supply provides its customers, all product returns or cancelled orders (after they have been shipped) are subject to a re-stocking charge. Please e-mail customer service for more information.
Special Orders
All Special Orders require either a Department Purchase Order, Check or Credit Card Deposit. These orders include but are not limited to: non-stock items, body armor, hats, uniforms and custom badges and patches. Any item that is customized to an individual is not returnable(hats, uniforms and badges).
ID Required Orders
Some products on our website can only be sold to law enforcement and are marked as 'ID Required'. If you purchase one of these items on our website, a representative from Lawmen Supply will email you requesting ID. If you are unable to produce this, your order will be cancelled.
